I went and measure today. New floor plan! It was so nice to see all the previous owners stuff out, not to mention the sold sign in the front yard! Tore up a little more of the carpet corner as well. The wood floors underneath look pretty amazing, nothing like the floors in the bedrooms! I might not even have to refinish them at all! So excited, more money for furniture!
